Attention: Some pharmacies, including some large pharmacy chains, are behind on their data submissions to the ILPMP. We do not currently have a resolution timeline, as the issue is with a third-party vendor. Currently, this issue is impacting multiple states across the country. The ILPMP will continue to monitor reporting as these pharmacies work to resolve this issue with their vendor.
Attention Integrated Healthcare Entities: Prior to any planned changes or updates to your EHR or Pharmacy Management System, reach out to the IL PMPnow team at DHS.DBHR.PMPnow@illinois.gov to ensure there are no disruptions in service when accessing ILPMP data via your integration.
